From a martial arts school at 18 to modern trading infrastructure.

The first company was a martial arts school. I opened it at 18 — 22 years ago — and learned early that running a business is less about the industry and more about the systems underneath it: acquisition, retention, operations, and the discipline to repeat what works.
From there, the path widened. Marketing agencies. Ecommerce brands. Service businesses. A master's degree along the way to sharpen the framework. Different industries, but the same operating model — process, measurement, and systematic iteration applied to whatever the business required.
Several companies in, a pattern became clear: the same principles that made marketing and ecommerce predictable were almost entirely absent from how most people approached markets. Discretion was treated as edge. Opinion was treated as analysis. Repeatable structure was rare.
Today the focus is on building scalable trading systems, structured methodologies, automation infrastructure, and the connected portfolio of companies that surround them — all built on the same idea: systems and processes don't belong to one industry. They're how any business is built to last.
